Compensation: $75,000 – $120,000 Base/ Year

Position Overview:
A leading plastics manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager and mid-level maintenance professionals to join a high-performing team. This is a hands-on, operationally critical role in a climate-controlled, high-volume production environment utilizing state-of-the-art blow molding and pakcaging machinery. The ideal candidates are safety-driven, technically skilled, and ready to support continuous production excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance across a diverse range of plastic molding equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production.
• Implement process improvements and support engineering initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and support maintenance teams, fostering professional development and accountability.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Equipment & Process Exposure:

• Blow molding and mlastic molding machinery & process monitoring tools
• Multi-cavity production systems, including high-capacity blow molding lines
• Advanced cooling, pneumatic, and leak detection technologies

Qualifications:

For Maintenance Managers / Senior Professionals:

• 7–15+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in plastics manufacturing (blow molding or injection molding preferred)
• Proven experience managing a maintenance team and maintaining high uptime on complex machinery
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities

For Mid-Level Maintenance Professionals:

• 3–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in plastics or high-volume manufacturing
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
