Job Description
Injection Molding Supervisor - JPC146
Pay: $15 - 30/hr + Benefits
Industry: Plastic
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking Injection Molding Supervisor who will be responsible for setting up and maintaining injection molding machines, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding processes and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Production Manager.
- Set up and pull molds independently.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines and molds.
- Monitor and maintain processes with regular quality checks throughout the shift, including supplying material to the machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronics (a plus).
- Ensure that molding machines are running smoothly to meet production deadlines.
- Operate forklifts as needed (a plus).
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in injection molding processes.
- Must be able to set up and pull molds independently.
- Proven ability to successfully meet production deadlines.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of maintaining processes and performing quality checks throughout the shift.
- Experience performing routine preventative maintenance on machines and molds.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
