Project Manager - PS311252
Pay: $50,000 - 90,000/year+ benefits & paid holidays
Industry: Plastic injection molding
Location: Hartford, CT
Schedule: Full-time / 2nd shift
We are searching for a reliable Project Manger LOCAL to the Hartford, CT region with Injection Molding experience. The individual who gets this position will oversee projects from conception to completion; including interacting with the client and collaborating with internal teams such as production, engineering, tooling, and quality.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- MUST have a minimum of 5+ years' technical Injection molding experience in manufacturing environment
- Proficient engineering skill set with strengths using SolidWorks and other related systems
- Provide assistance in production troubleshooting and develop new process & products
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement while implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems
- Facilitate meetings with customers to review project status, mold designs, conduct design for molding (DFM) for new inquiries, and prepare documentation for quote packages
- Manage qualification projects by working closely with QA
- MUST have reliable transportation, ability to interpret technical drawings, and strong communication skills
