Team Leader - JPC26
Pay: $60,000 - 75,000/year + Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking a skilled Processing Lead with 4-5 years of experience in processing engineering-grade materials. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on troubleshooting, process optimization, and supervising production teams.
Responsibilities:
- Process capability, troubleshooting, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and robotics implementation.
- Diagnose and correct issues with molding processes, including molds, setups, and automation.
- Verify process/robotic/cycle times during machine start-up.
- Train personnel on proper molding machine operations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Supervise shift employees and manage performance, including conducting performance reviews and taking disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
- MUST have 4-5 years of experience in processing engineering-grade materials.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A minimum of two years of experience supervising a production team is preferred.
- Strong background in diagnosing and correcting molding process issues.
- Experience with process/robotic/cycle time verification during start-up.
- Must be able to train employees in molding machine operations and safety procedures.
