Job Description
Electrical Engineer - JPC75
Pay: $60,000 - 120,000/year + Benefits
Industry: Plastic
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in extrusion and plastics manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems, programming, and troubleshooting, with experience in diagnosing and repairing various electrical components. Responsibilities
- Adhere to all documented procedures and policies.
- Ability to program AC Inverters.
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair motors, contactors, relays, drives, and heat control systems.
- Diagnose and program automation controls, sensors, and PLCs.
- Troubleshoot and repair HMI systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience required.
- Mechanical experience; extrusion experience is a plus.
- Must be able to read electrical schematics.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing PLCs, HMIs, and Servo drives.
- Must have all tools required to perform the job related to diagnosing, programming, inspecting, installing, and handling electrical components in the plant.
