We are seeking an experienced Process Technician with a strong understanding of tooling setup, machine maintenance, and mold operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in adjusting molding parameters, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting the training of new technicians. Responsibilities

• Set up tooling in machines and ensure workstations have proper ergonomics, safety, and organization.
• Enter molding parameters into presses and adjust barrel temperature settings accordingly.
• Check and verify material and dryer temperature, times, and ensure all equipment is contamination-free.
• Provide and operate auxiliary equipment such as drill presses, cooling fixtures, milling fixtures, and arbor presses.
• Load and program robots as assigned.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and preventive maintenance on molds.
• Assist in training new technicians and other staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and verbally communicate work instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to lift, reach, and pull 55 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours.
• Advanced knowledge of material drying, blending, and mixing requirements.
• Good hand tool skills and mechanical ability.
• Basic tools required for the job.
• Must have basic training, writing, math, and communication skills, along with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 24 months of experience as a Mold Technician or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain certification on required equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks.
• Must be able to perform root cause analysis.
