• Supervise and manage the daily manufacturing operations of the plant, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Cultivate a positive work environment grounded in open communication and adherence to organizational values.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards throughout all production activities.
• Collaborate with production scheduling to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and inventory levels to meet production demands.
• Develop, implement, and manage programs aimed at enhancing manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement.
• Establish and achieve production metrics to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Undertake any other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the plant.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in plastic processing is a plus.  
• Required to have at least 8 years of rotational manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Any injection molding experience is a PLUS. 
• Ability to effectively present information to all levels of the company and excellent interpersonal skills needed, including coaching, team building and training. 
• Any prior shipping/delivery coordination, CNC, assembly, and/or trim experience is a plus. 
• Authorized to work in the United States and valid driver's license. 
• Excellent time management, strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, listening, decision-making, and organization skills required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long durations of time, and perform other physical tasks as required.
