Maintenance Technician - PS3112517
Pay: $40,000 - 75,000/year + benefits & paid holidays
Industry: Plastic injection molding
Location: Near Richfield, OH
Schedule: Full-time / First shift
The candidate is responsible for ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment within the injection molding production environment. This role involves proactive inspection, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production output. Responsibilities
- Install new injection molding machines, electrical equipment, service equipment, power wiring from electrical distribution panel, control wiring from other collaboratively working system equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and related systems to ensure optimal performance and extend the equipment's lifespan.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components, including pumps, motors, valves, sensors, PLCs, and other machinery parts as assigned by Management
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, diagnose issues accurately, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and prevent production delays
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and any modifications made to the equipment
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing maintenance and/or troubleshooting plastic injection molding equipment is Preferred.

- Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and schematics
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in injection molding technology.
