We are seeking an experienced individual to support the maintenance team by performing essential duties related to equipment repair, safety protocols, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing equipment issues, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and collaborating with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities

• Attend training for policy, programs, and safety.
• Diagnose and affect equipment repairs as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Foremen.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work with Maintenance Project Manager as directed.
• Perform duties in a timely, safe, and thorough manner.
• Communicate with Foremen regarding priorities and completion timing.
• Communicate with supervisor and/or upcoming shift regarding job completed or work in progress.
• Generate written report of work performed status, supplies used, and inventory levels.
• Physical requirements include climbing, ability to work in confined spaces, lifting & driving forklift (as needed).
• Must be able to work overtime as production requirements are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment repair and maintenance.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to report on work progress.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physical tasks such as lifting and operating a forklift.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet production requirements.
