Process Technician / Supervisor - JPC76
Pay: $50,000 - 70,000/year + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician with 5+ years of processing experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of injection molding, be capable of making independent adjustments to equipment, and possess the skills necessary to troubleshoot and ensure optimal press operation.
Responsibilities:
- Start up and adjust any press to the optimum required cycle and restart any press that has stopped during the cycle.
- Complete changeover forms with the set-up technician.
- Assemble, disassemble, and change inserts in molds as needed.
- Assist other employees in required functions to support production operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as necessary.
- Possess a solid understanding of molding materials, their properties, uses, and precautions.
- Independently adjust equipment to resolve molding issues, ensuring that the press runs properly, safely, and at optimal cycle times and quality without requiring supervisory assistance.
Qualifications:
- MUST have 5+ years of experience in Injection Molding processing.
- Ability to independently start up and adjust presses for optimal cycle times.
- Proficient in mold assembly, disassembly, and changing inserts.
- Strong knowledge of molding materials and their properties.
- Capable of troubleshooting and making adjustments to ensure proper machine operation and high-quality results.
