Job Description
Tool Room Manager - JPC135
Pay: $60,000 - 120,000/year + Benefits
Industry: Plastic
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking an experienced individual with strong expertise in mold analysis, design, and repair. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, knowledgeable in mold design and construction, and able to manage a team of tool makers while assisting with mold repairs and product development. If you have experience in CAD/CAM software, CNC equipment, and mold construction, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Analyze molds and perform necessary repairs to ensure proper functionality.
- Design and construct new molds, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret prints and work with CAD/CAM software for mold design and construction.
- Operate CNC equipment to assist with mold construction and repairs.
- Manage a team of tool makers, ensuring repairs and construction are done efficiently and effectively.
- Provide hands-on support in mold repairs and construction as needed.
- Experience in product development is a plus, contributing to the creation of new mold designs and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in mold analysis, repair, and design.
- Proficiency in reading prints and working with CAD/CAM software.
- Experience with CNC equipment for mold construction and repairs.
- Ability to manage a team of tool makers and ensure successful mold repairs and construction.
- Hands-on experience in mold repairs and construction.
- Product development experience is a plus.
