We are seeking an experienced individual with expertise in processing PET containers and extrusion blow molding. The ideal candidate will have experience with various blow molding machine technologies and be able to execute timely machine changeovers, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure the quality and efficiency of operations. Responsibilities

• Process PET containers and work with extrusion blow molding equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot machines, including Sidel SBO-2, FlexBlow, Nissei, Uniloy, or Aoki blow molding technologies.
• Execute timely changeovers and setups for all machinery and downstream equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Provide training and guidance to machine operators to ensure optimal machine performance and process adherence.
• Utilize measurement devices and instrumentation to ensure products meet quality control specifications.
• Apply electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge to support equipment functionality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with processing PET containers and extrusion blow molding.
• Familiarity with Sidel SBO-2, FlexBlow, Nissei, Uniloy, or Aoki blow molding machines.
• Strong ability to execute changeovers and setups for blow molding machinery.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
• Experience with routine preventive maintenance on blow molding machinery.
• Ability to train and guide machine operators for improved performance.
• Proficient in utilizing measurement devices for quality control specifications.
• Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge is a plus.
