Production Manager - JPC3

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with 3+ years of extrusion-based experience and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of monitoring safety, quality, and production processes while identifying areas for improvement. Experience with ERP/MRP software is a plus. The candidate will work closely with leadership and team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

• Monitor all safety, quality, production, and processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Proactively collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure clear and open communication
• Work hands-on with the production team to drive projects to completion, train technicians, and troubleshoot as needed
• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely product delivery
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to production staff
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Ensure maintenance of production equipment and resolve any technical issues that arise
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and continuously improve processes

• MUST have 3+ years of extrusion-based experience
• MUST have 3+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP software is a PLUS
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
