PS10925 - Lead Process Technician
Pay: $70000 - 85000/year + benefits
Industry: Plastic Injection Molding
Schedule: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Process Technician to join a stable and well-established leader in the plastic injection molding industry. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and maintaining injection molding processes that support our high-volume production operations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of molding parameters, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and configure injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment

Fine-tune processing parameters to consistently meet quality and production goals
- Diagnose and resolve molding defects and machine issues
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement best practices
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators
- Maintain accurate records of setups, adjustments, and production metrics
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or vocational training; associate degree preferred
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in injection molding or plastics processing
- Familiarity with mold setup procedures and processing controls
- Understanding of thermoplastics, tooling, and auxiliary systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong analytical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to production demands
