Overview
A leading plastics manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Process Technician with experience in blow molding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and optimization of blow molding machines such as Bekum, Uniloy, or equivalent systems.
A leading plastics manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Process Technician with experience in blow molding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and optimization of blow molding machines such as Bekum, Uniloy, or equivalent systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and start up blow molding machines and related auxiliary equipment.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform material changes, color changes, and mold changes as needed.
- Troubleshoot process issues and make real-time adjustments.
- Maintain detailed production and process logs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to support production goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Process Technician, Maintenance tech, or process engineer in a blow molding environment.
- Hands-on experience with Bekum, Uniloy, or similar blow molding machines.
- Strong understanding of process controls and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow SOPs.
- Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as required.
