We are seeking an experienced and hands-on manager with a strong background in plastics packaging to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with thermoformed plastic products, machinery, tooling, and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Coordinate activities related to receiving materials, molds, boxes, and shipping processes.
• Ensure the department's schedule is followed, monitor timekeeping, and ensure raw materials are available for production.
• Oversee equipment setup and maintenance to ensure all machinery operates efficiently.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support to employees, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Train employees on machinery operation, safety protocols, and production processes.
• Manage and monitor department performance to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Act as a troubleshooting resource to address issues with tooling or machinery.

• 5+ years of experience in plastics packaging.
• Strong experience with various thermoformed plastic products and machinery.
• Experience in making tooling for the plastic industry.
• Proven track record in managing departmental schedules, timekeeping, and materials management.
• Hands-on management style with the ability to work closely with staff to solve problems and improve operations.
• Experience with equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to manage production-related issues efficiently.
