We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sr. Technical Project Manager to join a stable and well‑established leader in the plastic injection molding industry. This role is critical to driving the successful execution of complex technical projects, supporting innovation in product development, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, while fostering collaboration across engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver world‑class results.

- Lead the Operational Technology (OT) stream to design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions at a new manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Combine expertise in OT/IIoT, SCADA, and OT cybersecurity with strong project management skills to deliver complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with digital, IT, vendors, and site teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology deployments.
- Partner with the Digital Technical Program Manager to align project goals and strategies.
- Represent Automation & Digitalization / Shopfloor teams in vendor and supplier engagements, including scoping and contractual negotiations.
- Manage cross‑functional teams to deploy Industry 4.0 technologies and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, gathering requirements and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure successful integration of IIoT solutions and SCADA systems for optimal performance and reliability.
- Work with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain effective OT cybersecurity measures.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong ability to lead global, cross‑functional teams in highly matrixed, non‑hierarchical settings.
- Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and iterative project delivery approaches.
- Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including OT systems, IIoT, and SCADA.
- Experience implementing and maintaining OT cybersecurity practices and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Compliance with required screenings, including child safeguarding (where applicable) and drug‑free workplace policies.
