We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with significant experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic and blender systems, and a proven track record of maintaining equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, troubleshooting, and repair maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and perform routine general maintenance on all machinery.
• Assist the production department in maintaining high efficiencies and low scrap rates.
• Coordinate materials needed for repairs with the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic and blender systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on all equipment.
• Assist in setting up and debugging equipment and processes to maintain quality output.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience with machinery maintenance, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair and maintain various machinery types.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with the proper use of welding and cutting torches.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production problems efficiently.
• Experience in assisting with equipment setup and debugging processes.
