Responsibilities

• Lead a daily management system that enhances communication, transparency, and accountability among all team members.
• Oversee the accurate accounting, interpretation, and reporting of results.
• Manage all physical assets of the plant, including the building, machinery, equipment, and grounds.
• Continuously improve production/plant operations to control and reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance operating efficiency.
• Prepare and present the annual operating budget.
• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives such as Standard Work for Leaders, 5S, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all packaging and plastics processes.
• Lead teams and develop manufacturing processes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with cosmetic packaging.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent education gained through work experience.
• Knowledge of packaging and/or plastics required.
• Experience with injection molding, decoration, and assembly processes strongly desired.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering management.
• Strong experience in process improvement initiatives such as Standard Work for Leaders, 5S, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop manufacturing teams at multiple sites.
