We’re seeking an experienced and results‑driven Process Engineer to join a stable and well‑established leader in all‑plastic paint container manufacturing. In this role, you will drive process improvements, optimize extrusion and molding operations, and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across all production lines
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for extrusion, molding, and palletizing operations.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, providing technical solutions to maintain consistent output.
- Document processes, create SOPs, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to enhance productivity and reduce variability.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing (extrusion, molding, or related processes).
- Strong knowledge of polymer processing and resin behavior (HDPE, PP).
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
