Field Service Technician - JPC22 - Remote
Pay: $40,000 - 60,000/year + Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking a Field Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in automation (robotics), PLC programming, and equipment startup and repair. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read technical drawings and schematics, and the ability to travel extensively to customer sites for installations, repairs, and training.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the installation, start-up, repair, and/or modification of products at customer locations.
- Complete the startup process for new equipment, ensuring full functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Perform repairs and service on existing automation and robotics equipment as needed.
- Conduct customer training to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Provide telephone assistance for troubleshooting and guidance.
- Travel 70-80% of the time to customer sites for installations, repairs, and training.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical field (minimum).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with automation (robotics) operation, PLC programming, and interfaces.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and wiring schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time to customer locations.
