Job Description
We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a dynamic sales role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships while driving sales for our Plastics product line.
Responsibilities:

Meet with key clients, assisting Territory Managers in establishing and maintaining relationships by negotiating and closing deals.

Travel extensively within the assigned territory and/or country to visit regular and prospective customers, soliciting orders and engaging in direct sales interactions.

Meet or exceed revenue objectives and annual sales budgets set for the assigned product group.

Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Territory Managers.

Provide in-depth explanations of the technical aspects of the Plastics product line.

Analyze and control expenditures within the product group to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct sales of packaging machinery.

Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.

Experience in supervising sales, support, and administrative personnel within an assigned product group.

Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant technical field.
