Plant Manager - JPC140

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the role who will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing management and supervision, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Apply knowledge and experience to identify problems, develop alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
• Lead and manage the team, ensuring optimal performance and safe working conditions.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate employees while maintaining a focus on achieving production goals.
• Ensure ERP systems (e.g., Syteline/INFOR) are used effectively for inventory and manufacturing scheduling.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials and scheduling of manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of experience in manufacturing management and supervision.
• Proven track record in thermoplastic injection molding, with a preference for relevant experience.
• Strong ability to lead teams and meet production targets in a safe environment.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma certifications or a demonstrated ability to improve business operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Syteline/INFOR is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate and execute solutions.
• Ability to manage raw material procurement and manufacturing equipment scheduling.
