Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/year (DOE) + Benefits

We are seeking an Injection Molding Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for optimizing injection molding processes, improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent product quality and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding processes.

• Improve manufacturing efficiency, cycle times, and production performance.

• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

• Monitor KPIs and maintain process and production data accuracy.

• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.

• Prepare technical reports and project presentations for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.

• Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DOE, FMEA, and process improvement tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or related manufacturing systems.

• Exposure to process validation, tooling, or automation projects.
