We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the packaging/bagging products industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to grow clientele across various industries, including Agricultural, Industrial, Aggregates, Feed, and Oil, while effectively building new customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the customer base in the Agricultural, Industrial, Aggregates, Feed, and Oil industries.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities for sales growth.
• Travel within the designated territory to meet clients and support sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience selling packaging/bagging products in the industry.
• Proven track record of building and developing new business in sales.
• Strong ability to grow and maintain customer relationships.
• Must be able to travel within the territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
