We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the development, establishment, and implementation of detailed quality standards, procedures, and testing methods for all company products and materials. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards are maintained across production processes and products while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and establishment of detailed quality standards, procedures, and testing methods for all company products and materials in line with Company policies and market needs.
• Ensure that Quality Department employees are appropriately trained in quality standards and that due attention is given to quality requirements in both development and production of company products.
• Establish and maintain cost-effective monitoring of quality (raw materials and production), ensure timely feedback to relevant production management where variations from standards occur, and provide advice or necessary action where appropriate.
• Ensure new products and production processes are assessed in terms of quality standards and properly signed off for manufacture.
• Develop and maintain quality systems and procedures, such that the Company maintains registration, such as ISO-9001 & 16949. Acts as Lead Auditor for internal audits and as liaison to outside registration firms.
• Ensure that all quality testing machines/equipment are regularly checked and maintained/calibrated in accordance with national standards or other appropriate requirements/standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control and Quality Management in a manufacturing environment.
• Must maintain a current knowledge of quality systems, procedures, methods, and philosophy.
