Pay Rate: $40,000 - 140,000 - based on experience. 

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals from all areas of the plastic manufacturing industry. Whether you have experience in production, machine operation, quality control, sales, purchasing, maintenance, or other auxiliary functions, we encourage you to apply. This role is open to individuals with diverse backgrounds in the plastic manufacturing process, including but not limited to injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, and more. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, plastic materials, machinery, and industry best practices, regardless of their specific role or department.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, in any role such as production, machine operation, quality control, maintenance, sales, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Solid understanding of plastic materials, polymers, and additives used in manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for machinery and production-related issues, or experience in supporting these processes through sales, purchasing, or maintenance roles.
• Knowledge of plastic production techniques, molding cycles, machine optimization, and quality control, or experience in areas like procurement, vendor management, or equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulations related to plastic production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality output.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments, whether on the factory floor or in a supporting role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certifications related to plastic manufacturing, such as in injection molding or extrusion technologies, or other certifications related to sales, supply chain, or maintenance.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material specifications for plastic components.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work sites.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
