We are seeking a skilled Inline Thermoforming Technician with 3+ years of experience in plastic thermoforming processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with thermoforming machines, including setting up and adjusting machinery to ensure continuous production. The role will also require proficiency with various tools, machines, and the ability to maintain production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up inline thermoforming machines per job specifications.
• Set up the proper form tooling needed in inline thermoforming machines and operate them to maintain continuous production.
• Adjust weights and temperatures according to manufacturing standards to ensure product quality.
• Use handheld tools and measuring instruments to verify machine setup and production parameters.
• Adjust machine automations, material blender systems, conveyors, and grinders as needed for efficient production.
• Monitor and troubleshoot plastic production machines, tools, and equipment, including form and trim presses.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with plastic thermoforming processes.
• Proven experience with inline thermoforming machines and plastic production machines.
• Ability to set up, adjust, and operate inline thermoforming machines and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of machine automation, material blending systems, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with handheld tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machine and process issues effectively.
