We are seeking an experienced individual who will be responsible for developing and executing the preventive maintenance program and overseeing necessary repairs in our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hydraulic, mechanical, and building systems, as well as the ability to coordinate maintenance projects and train employees. Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Plant Manager.
• Develop and execute the preventive maintenance program and necessary repairs.
• Coordinate and plan for building maintenance and improvements.
• Direct and assist in machine and building repairs and improvements.
• Design, build, and implement hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Assist in selecting new equipment and ensuring compatibility with existing services.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic equipment failures.
• Assist in employee training related to safety and skills enrichment.
• Coordinate all maintenance projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the realm of the classification.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and machine repairs.
• Expertise in hydraulic, mechanical, and building systems.
• Knowledge of MRP and PM systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic equipment.
• Experience working in 24-hour operations and coordinating maintenance projects.
• Strong leadership skills and experience with employee training and safety protocols.
