Blow Molding Operator - JPC114
Pay: $40,000 - 120,000/year + Benefits
Industry: Plastic
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking an experienced individual with expertise in extrusion blow molding and processing PET containers and bottles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various blow molding machine technologies, executing machine changeovers, and troubleshooting process issues. If you have experience in these areas and are passionate about optimizing production, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion blow molding machines and produce PET containers and bottles.
- Work with blow molding technologies including Sidel SBO-2, FlexBlow, Nissei, Uniloy, or Aoki.
- Execute machine changeovers and setups for all machinery and downstream equipment in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product quality.
Qualifications
- Must have experience with extrusion blow molding processes.
- Experience working with PET containers and bottles.
- Proficiency with blow molding machines such as Sidel SBO-2, FlexBlow, Nissei, Uniloy, or Aoki.
- Ability to execute machine changeovers and setups efficiently.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve process issues quickly.
