Job Description
Product Development Process Manager - JPC180
Pay: $40,000 - 120,000/year + Benefits
Industry: Plastic
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking an experienced individual with expertise in plastic material testing, new product development, and technical development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CAD software and plastic extrusion processes, along with a proven track record of driving strategic product development projects. If you are passionate about collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing plants to resolve design and quality issues, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Experience testing new plastic materials.
- Collaborate with company contacts and suppliers to develop and launch new products.
- Drive strategic product development projects from concept through launch.
- Partner with manufacturing plants and suppliers to resolve quality and design-related issues after launch.
- Work with plastic extrusion processes and develop new plastic products.
- Assist with the development and improvement of technical specifications and prototypes.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of experience with new product development.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Experience with technical development projects.
- Experience with plastic tubes and plastic extrusion.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with manufacturing plants and suppliers.
- Ability to resolve design and quality issues after product launch.
