Business Development Manager - PSC102925
Pay: $40 - 55/hour + Benefits + Commision
Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join a stable and well-established leader in the packaging and industrial supply industry. This role is critical to expanding our client base, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report on sales performance and market feedback to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service capabilities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Provide feedback to improve marketing materials and sales tools
- Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team development
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
- Comfortable with daily travel and face-to-face client engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Travel required throughout Georgia
